Deliveries and Collections

Delivery

At Transtools we offer FREE next working day delivery on all orders over £50+ VAT to mainland UK. These orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday. All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Exclusions apply to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands which will be shipped with Standard Shipping and can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

We aim to have all click collect orders ready for collection within 1 business day and can be collected between 7:30 and 4:30 from your chosen store. 

Should you wish to request a specific delivery date, please contact us on 01723 892122 to arrange this.

We use external courier companies to deliver our parcels and they can occasionally damage or lose parcels which is outside of our control. The courier companies do not always notify us of these issues, therefore if you notice any issues with your order please contact us and we will rectify the issue as quickly as we can. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to raise the return directly with us, then a further 14 days to return the product to us. Please email accounts@transtools.co.uk to confirm that you are returning the product to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please put the original packing slip inside your order or alternatively you can put a slip with your name and order number inside.

All original postage costs are not eligible to be refunded on unwanted products. Postage costs will also be deducted from the total refund for orders which qualified for free delivery. This will be the price of Next Working Day Delivery + VAT.

FREE Local Delivery

Our FREE Local delivery service for large / heavy item orders over £100 exc VAT are despatched within 2 working days. Please note, this service is currently only available to customers located within 40 miles of our branches. Please contact us if you are close to our delivery zone as we may be able to assist.
