Nice colour finish but is quite runny and needs minimum of 2 coats as is not oil but water based

Gives a nice colour finish but needs a minimum of 2 coats as it is quite runny and also slightly misleading as it is not oil but water based. Dries quickly in around 20 minutes between coats.
