This is an increadible paint for plastick guttering and upvc of any kind

Tin was packed in a cardboard box. When i received it , the box was in tact but when i opened the box, the tin was damaged on the edge and leaked round the lid. This must have happened before they dispatched it so they wrapped duct tape round the lid. When i took the tape off , i show the paint leaked round the lid. Not happy at all
